12 essential questions you need to ask a pool company - part 12

Your 12th and final question to ask your pool company... Over the last 12 days we've been sharing the 12 essential questions you should always ask pool companies before you decide who to use. Plus in the process we've been telling you a little more about us over here at orbro POOLS.

Swimming pool kits come in a massive range, they are built with metal or plastic frames above ground or set into an excavated hole.

Pre-fab supporting walls or panels made of plastic, steel, or aluminium are joined to the frame, making a form that is then lined with heavy vinyl to form the pool shell.

One-piece pools are supplied and craned into position, wooden pool kits, block work shells, tiled pools are constructed from concrete, either shuttered or sprayed.

Our pool walls are made from the SolidPool system, a system that has been evolving for years of building. The result of our walls is a reinforced concrete pool shell, ensuring you have a strong quality of pool wall, without the risk of cracking or coming out of the ground.

We still believe a shuttered concrete pool is the strongest on the market. You do not need to render the pool once it has been poured. The blocks come in different options to take different finishes. It's lightweight, at around 3.5kg per block, making a hard job a lot easier, please be aware of personal injury when building a pool yourself and make sure you follow standard lifting guidelines.
